If you want to warm up a living room the tenants can get a great area rug designer on sale for cheap like 99 dollars and throw it down.Make sure with the tiles they are not the slippery kind with no grit to them.Those kinds can get wet and make people slip and fall.Much better to spend about 6 cents more a sq ft and get the cheap kind but they have the grip coating and not the ultra smooth slippery surface.

# people, # animals, desired occupancy date, ... that last question can eliminate those just looking.

BTW, if they leave the dog behind, call your municipal animal control and file animal cruelty-abandonment report on that tenant with your SPCA.

You don't want the tenant bringing mice or other critters into the home to feed.Just like dogs and cats, I want to see a picture of the animal and know more about it before I'll allow it.

There is also an increasing acknowledgment that, even where the standard for admission of an animal is its qualification as a service animal, such animals may not always have to be trained, at least beyond a basic obedience level.
