If another 15-20% of capable adults decide to re-enter the workforce, do you think this will increase demand for housing in spite of increased ownership costs (interest rates)?  

Some of course did well the one's that went to Atlanta in 2012 killed it.those that went for 25k homes in Detroit war zones well you can take a guess.5pm  I just cook dinner.. have an adult beverage.. watch Jepoardy just normal stuff :)I have never listened to one podcast not even my own.. as I see those beneficial for those starting out  I am sure there are a lot of great one's I know a few author's of pod cast and have deep respect for those folks.. but I work in the industry side by side.. so not really much new I am going to learn there plus my attention span won't allow it..

I would have never thought of reaching out to adult foster care home companies.  

I consider myself to be very lucky because I bought early and I did not read any rei books.Yes many can say that ...my hs econ teacher back in 1999 would tell us how stupid his brother was and how he even did an adult film because that's the type of low life.

And once this kind of behavior goes in, the right and most humane thing to do is make it very clear to the tenant in a lasting way that this sort of behavior is not permissible from adults in our society who have signed a contract with each other, because it isn't.Yes MA is a tenant-friendly state.

Our (adult) children know all about our holdings, real estate and otherwise, how much we've invested & how much we've made, but most of the other family members don't even know we own rentals.We discuss renters, rent prices, house prices, strategies, etc. with others in the business, but no one else is really interested, except maybe those who want to ask about things that are none of their business.

As a young girl I use to hate math but as an adult numbers seem to make me the happiest of my last few months & days ;-) The property was only a 2bedroom/1bath and 981 sqft.

I think the point of this thread was carried elsewhere due to an unhealthy sense of pride and adult ADHD.

I could write a book on all the shenanigans and screws up I have seen in my 30 years of adult life in a business setting.
