It's about $28 per tenant to screen which I charge to the tenant as an application fee per adult that will be living in the unit.

I am interested in building a curriculum to introduce kids/young adults to the thought of real estate, the importance of owning it & etc.Real Estate is something we weren't taught in school, especially in Mississippi, so I would like to get you guy's idea on some possible things that would be important to the curriculum & possibly, are there currently any resources out like that that teaches kids about it.

Mental health services help vulnerable adults with stability-Meds, counseling, even places to live.  

Are the tenants all single adults without children?

If you are both working, committed adults then it seems perfectly reasonable for her to pay her portion of rent and living expenses.

I approved that.Someone wanted to add a 3 time felon to a rental, an adult, I said no. 

They can also be removed by an adult in the event of an emergency.  

For me, I have access to a few hundred dental students I can rent to who are academically elite, responsible young adults.
