I am a big believer that goals and a plan to achieve them are key.

This step is one of the most important and requires further explanation.Doing in-depth research on a property is critical to a successful deal.

Since I have a strong background in IT, my first question was how are the current wholesalers making the most out of the data to maximize success. 

I assume most off market deals are bought with cash because they are typically seller sensitive or special situations where the seller needs to move quick so I would sure if anyone has had a success story doing it.

Not a lot of success with it so far, but just coincidentlally, I did get a lead from it just this week. 

Just curious about the successes and failures that you have seen in northern Utah through your own experience.

I am curious to hear of some other success stories and would like some suggestions as to what markets/areas work. 

I know rentals are the key to long term success, so multi family will be what I look at mainly for the unit per loan advantage.

What are your successes?
