The same capital partner and I decided to purchase and get the next one started...like a well oiled machine.

Spending happens and if it works and does stimulate the economy that raises it to par, even to what it was before right, at this point there would be inflation BUT it's $25T not $3T, and as the economic machine happens GROWTH occurs as things negatively effected are mitigated AND the added capital stimulates so things GROW.

So here comes the out of state trying to hire a contractor.. how do they do it how do they compete whoever has time slots right now in the trades and is not busy in todays market..????

Turned it into a lean machine mate.

Regarding keys:I bought a key machine off CL for $50.

If so put some cages around the coin machines so the crackheads don’t take crowbars to them every night lol.

This idea may be challenged by the "real estate machine", but you have several overlapping major life events. 

There have to be slots for your mind to wander as you consider the information.
