If they are a south beach type contractor or a santa monica, Newport beach, Laguna beach, or south orange county type, Seattle (Cylde Hill, Kirkland, Bellevue, Sammamish) type of contractor then they're probably not the type of contractor for me since Im looking for  investor friendly pricing to keep my LTV under 70-75% of ARV- Can they send references to their work and past clients who could vouch for them + contact info?
