If so, what do you recommend for trying to get properties?

I have seen amazing stories from many of you on BP and want to open my mind to new possibilities and strategies that are out of my comfort zone.Teaching - I have been building residential and commercial properties for many (too many) years as well as land development and property subdividing.

However, the buyer might click just to see "what this ad is all about" or to check if you have properties for sale.

That said it's been a great learning process and has been successful in the markets we've been in.Recently we purchased a 6 family property in Worcester Ma.

Flipping it tough right now unless you can buy the property direct from the Seller and (hate to say it) lowball them.

I want two things - I want help customizing a lease for my property.

Specifically, I’m trying to understand:Tax Loopholes for Foreign Properties:  - Do the same STR tax benefits (such as accelerated depreciation) apply to properties located outside the U.S.? 

But, they will owe you that money whether regardless if whether they buy a property or not.It is when you tie your compensation to the actual closing of a real estate transaction, whether flat fee or percentage based, that would create trouble for you regarding licensure.
