Yes, we could just use the trustee for providing the Trustee's Deed, but we learned over a decade ago that there is value in getting a paralegal to do pre-bid lien and title opinion and other verification of documents in the special proceedings file.

Same goes for elysian valley/frogtown The houses there tend to be older-- some what historic, and many do need a good amount of work, so make sure you do your due-dilligence with inspections especially on those pre 1950s homes.

All I had was a lot of determination and a supportive girl friend (whom I am married to for 10 years as of this writing).One of the top banks in India gave me a pre-sanction letter that they will finance 80% of the property value or my eligibility amount, whichever is lower.

I can't put my life on hold any longer, and I always file jointly for taxes with my partner, if that helps.I heard about the 10% witholding, and that it can be avoided if necessary, but I don't know how I'd go about rolling the sale of a UK property to another person in the UK when I think, for a 1031, it has to go via an intermediary who, I'm guessing, is in the US.
