Neighborhoodscout is good, but also the Milwaukee Police department has a crime map and lots of statistics on their website.

Less than 2 days later I received a phone call saying that the police gave them a ticket for parking over night on the street (not allowed in our neighborhood between 3-6am without permission from the police department - which I had told them). 

, if he doesn't show up for the meeting I'll evict right away.Also, he's a police officer, and although he's never even suggested using that as leverage for not paying rent or anything, I'm a little worried because well, he has a gun.Thanks in advance. 

The felonies are:Drunk driving, third offense and assaulting a police officer.The misdemeanors are:Unlawful use of a motor vehicle, license suspended 2nd offense, reckless use of a firearm, and resisting arrest.I think that the misdemeanors he was charged with are worse than the felonies.

All state laws and federal guidelines allow for assumptions from an estate to a descendant, the line of inheritance isn't an issue for a lender.

One unit had a car end up half way in the living room when someone pulled into a garage that already had a car in itJ.There was a drive by with 3 injuries around the block from 3 of my buildings and last summer I lend my ladders to police officers who were chasing a dread-locked subject through my yards tacked out with submachine guns and vests.

That rent is "on time" but it is a payroll deduct, so it would be hard/impossible to pay it late.I am not trying to be the fair housing police by any means, but removing any items that can be considered biased, you have an applicant who has a very low score, poor job history with the new place (one pay period).
