What I like about this model where you will be at, if the first is successful, it has a cookie cutter business plan. 

Offering more bang for the buck is just good business for my business model I have other landlord friends who do not agree even after my good reviews.

This first tenants that we (almost) signed, were hands down the best tenants I've come across: they grew up in the neighborhood, wanted to be near their parents and siblings, and mostly wanted to be good role models for their nephews and nieces.

The same would be true for the other systems and their expected lives.I prefer not to just wing things so these are the types of models we use.
