Worst case with auction you get to live in it for 2 more months and don’t have to pay to sell.

There are NO institutional investors that will jump on this kind of deal, but you can maybe find a private lender or do a Joint Venture (equity split?).

This would be a great strategy.

But its a good exercise to go through this and try to figure out how it would be more cost effective for first time home buyers.Also keep in mind when I started in RE  Seminars or weekend work shops were put on by brokers and agents teach ing these buyers how to buy their first home..
