Everything i learned (contracts, scripts, tools, etc.) are from deals made in the states and nothing in PR.Can wholesaling be done in Puerto Rico? 

My favorite is when you drop a tool/plywood/whatever into a hole in dry wall trying to fix it and then you have to make the hole bigger to get it back out.I've also managed to drop a screw driver into the back of a garage concrete had just been spread in, about 5 feet below the floor of the house.

We were all Newbies at one point or another and certainly BP is a Great Learning Tool This may have been discussed on here but honestly I don't know how to search it out .

I would definitely use some geographic analysis tool - which comes handy when looking at these things. it has made my life much easier.

I'll be sure to use those tools to find my answers.

They are a good financing tool, but they come with a cost.Using HM for a buy & hold is using the BRRR strategy.

Investor A had better tools in the shed then Investor B.

I have been on loopnet and feel that it is a good networking tool.

I think the property management route is also a good tool, we might do that with our next rental to learn as much as we can.
