Our area is heavily touristic and has a healthy mix of families, other groups and young people looking to party, so we've found those longer night stays weeds out the bad apples. 

This opens you up to liability in the event that one roommate attacks another or there's some other inter-house problem for which they may blame you for choosing that "bad apple."

Hi BP community, Anyone currently working or know someone who works as a real estate agent at Redfin and would share the experience.I personally like Redfin's approach to new trends and app experience, and I've seen hiring positions to work as a Real Estate agent full time (including 401k, paid time off, etc).

I have a 17 day contingency for appraisal and loan/app approval. 1) Current Lender (3.25%): can hit deadlines no problem, but rates seem high2) New Lender (2.85%): cheaper and we save $150 a month, but will probably miss the tight contingency deadlines.

Then, you have a set scope of work that you can easily shop out to multiple contractors to make sure the bids are apples to apples.

Tenants may never know- but it can be discovered.As others have said, the Venmo app will have the transfers on.I would make sure that you have 1 and a half months security deposit per unit and if not I would want to know why.
