On our cruise ship, there were probably only 10% Americans.

This area encompasses over 20 counties in Georgia.There are commutes to Atlanta for workers but there are many corporate jobs within each county and city themselves.For house rentals I would try and give J a call to get some market demographics.

in fact, the rental next door to one of mine has "kids" living there that are well older than i am. it's a cultural thing--not an american thing necessarily..something more specific.

First American Core Logic released it's foreclosures forecast this last week, figured everyone would like to see some of the rankings by city.Basically, what First American Core Logic does is rank cities on their likelyhood of foreclosures.
