This area encompasses over 20 counties in Georgia.There are commutes to Atlanta for workers but there are many corporate jobs within each county and city themselves.For house rentals I would try and give J a call to get some market demographics.

Bernanke, in a speech in August 2012 said that when the Fed buys lots of super-safe assets like Treasury bonds or agency-guaranteed mortgage-backed securities, it pushes investors to buy bonds from corporations instead, thereby lowering businesses’ borrowing costs.

First American Core Logic released it's foreclosures forecast this last week, figured everyone would like to see some of the rankings by city.Basically, what First American Core Logic does is rank cities on their likelyhood of foreclosures.
