I had a lady a few years ago said her lawyer would poke holes in my foreclosure, and I said very polite see you in court, and her lawyer called me wanted me to give her walking money, and I told her lawyer very polite she would not get a dime from me, that I had a surprise for her when we get to court, and the surprise is she used someone's else SSN and provide fraudulent income information on a credit application.

Well turns out the lady who did this long story short owed 200k against it so they had no clue what they were doing.. they then with this POA list it for 300k and of course it does not sell.then they call day before closing and say seller is getting no money can I pay tax's I said I will split it.. they made 6K.. realtor for some reason got 2k and off we go.. so I like to deal with realtors when I can and buy direct either court house ( like I have in your area Henry county) we do really well in certain markets on auction .com because of the high EM deposits required.

If the lady who said she doesn't feel safe is credible that's all I need to hear to make a decision to bail. 

I have also mentioned that we lived in the house for years with my son born there, no one is sick... the lady would like to do a swab test on the mold and i agreed.

Hopefully within this year Boss Man-Oh and James I do not think anyone would apperciate the thread about me in speados (including the lucky lady to be LOL), cause they would much rather hear about James walking the thongs.

The nice young lady that moved in, left after the first month, and it turned into a dope house and a dope distribution point. ....the things you KNOW when you live right next door .....2 years later the cops didn't do a thing.

People from all over keep looking up my poor old dad thinking they found me, he's in his 80s and it's getting to be a real pain for him to answer all the phone calls thinking it might be one of his lady friends, only to find it's some RE investor trying to reach me.

A turd in the toilet is my usual "tell" that I'm going to get a great deal, but a homeless guy sleeping on a mattress in front and lady's undergarments hanging from the tree are great "tells" that I'm going to be on the lookout for now.
