If anything, use a white wash, but not paint. 

I am wondering if it will pay to power wash the brick on the outside, or paint the inside something other than white/off-white.

If you have some good properties and own some dogs then the cash flow from the good properties is eaten up by the dogs and it's almost a wash.

They could bri an extra set of clothes to swap in to and wash and dry their dirty clothes if you want that tested too. 

I can't imagine high maintenance A/B types of people, I used to have a B+ rental, and tenant literately tried demanding we power wash the house! 

We provide all shared supplies for the house (trash bags, dish washing soap, etc).
