Good look either way you choose to go!

I intend to take the plunge immediately, but there are so many providers out there (biggerpockets.com/rei/self-directed-ira-real-estate), what criteria do you use to choose one?

If you want to evict someone then you will have to pay for moving costs and about a month's rent, but choosing the right tenant is another conversation.

I choose to have a management company do the heavy lifting for me and I manage them accordingly.

@Rusty Shafer If you use the same flip strategy on a 3-4 unit multi family home, you’ll be in amazing shape, with plenty of cash flow no matter what you choose.

I agree there are options, but I see the ROI working out much more in my favor if I choose to be aggressive.

Whichever path you choose make sure you vet your resources..
