Funny the only couple foreclosures I see in the area are listed as “occupied” I am, however, in a position where I can actually wait 14 months if I had too but cash wise would be tough, hopefully would be getting reasonable rent from them (wishful thinking)

Hi Rony,Often the offering memorandums are created by virtual assistants or secretary type workers at a larger firm.

I haven't done it specifically, but Elsinore isn't really a place where a lot of people visit, it certainly isn't a vacation spot and it is out of the way for most destinations, if it is like a house hack Airbnb for extra money maybe, but as a dedicated AirBnb you might have a tough time.

Also the feeling of security with no mortgage can be tough to let go of for some people. 

Will - my recommendation is to do this right, and shower glass is tough unless you're a pro.
