If a life event happened tomorrow and you suddenly needed to change course and sell, then what? 

Now, if that was to ever change (there is def. pressure from neighborhood groups) suddenly Somerville would have a 99% reduction in its Airbnb listings so I want to do it the right way.I'm happy to stay in touch and update you on how my process is going.

You also get to scratch your head on what happens with rent levels if you're (all of a sudden) passing those through to your tenants.None of this is to say it's a good vs. bad deal but just to maybe lend some perspective.

The population here is surging and bringing in lots of recent college graduates who make great tenants.
