Hey everyone, I'm relatively new to BP and so far one of my biggest struggles has been in the education phase.

Besides the rental price listings for larger apartment complexes, I'm struggling to find an efficient way to find out what single family homes rent for.

We struggled to find a way to buy more houses back in the US while still living in England.  

I am looking for a deal that fits the Formula and was always a little worried that i would find the right deal and then struggle with getting the funding to finish it.

Struggling with searches and sites. 

Hello BP, One of the things I struggle with is why people would want to wholesale their homes. 

I got to pull some money out of my personal residence about 5 years ago but that was a struggle too since my residence was once a double wide trailer and then out on a basement and 2 additions later the county still had it classified as a trailer . 

Welcome Stanley: I want to encourage you that this is very possible because like you, I started many years ago and  struggled to learn.

I would also like to add that sounding like a complete newbie when trying to talk with other investors and agents is still something that I struggle with, so that is still a challenge for me.

Just kind of wrote this in 3 minutes to give people a general idea of the struggle.
