....if not, I strongly suggest studying up on that topic.I'd also definitely suggest reading up on the risks of funding a rehab with credit cards--especially  if you've never done a rehab using credit cards, and especially if you don't have the cash reserves to stay afloat if things don't go according to plan.

If the DSCR is strong, as is your experience and credit AND you've owned it longer than 6 months, it's usually pretty reasonable to get 75% of ARV.

I got a good feel from the initial consultation with respect to them being investor friendly, for example the CPA I spoke to said that their clients often run deals by them before closing to foresee any tax implications.
