One of the single most important pieces of advice that I have ever received is that Timing the Market doesn't work, however, Time In the market does.  

I like the idea of fix and flip for additional capital but I’m a rookie and not sure if it is too much of a risk for my first investment to be a flip.Aside from wanting to get in to San Diego, my priority is to get in the game and set myself up to be able to grow my portfolio.Any feedback or advice would be much appreciated!!

What advice do you have for figuring out what to charge for in rent over 10 years/

We just executed a lease for another 6 months, but I am ready, and have been for some time, to sell and capture the equity locked up in this property.Do any investors have advice, or alternative strategies to consider for this situation?
