Need more info to address that situation.Someone like Keianna above can help you through stuff, even remotely, (there are the same big box stores everywhere), and Mindy Jensen has written a lot of articles on finding students etc to help with design.

If you get it from one of the big box stores (Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) they usually have a pretty generous return policy.

@Chinmay J. one thing you are overlooking here, as is many with the so called Trump rally, and by many I mean the media, while those in the financial world are acutely aware of is the very basic fundamental is that when the bond market goes down the stock market goes up and vice versa.  

As far as advice, before you buy out of state, make sure you run some ads on craigslist, backpage, biggerpockets & social media for bird dogs.  

I don't think that this already exists, but I have noticed that some home improvement stores may offer better products and/or pricing in certain product categories. 

Being a student at a very well-respected professional school (School of Media and Journalism at UNC-CH), I don't think anything can replace the valuable experiences I've gained in college, mostly outside of the classroom.

The surrounding area is filled with grocery stores, food places, etc. and other things many college students look for.

It is walking distance to a public library and close to grocery store.

Anybody can go either of these stores and price installed cabinets.
