., and the ballast contacts start to crack and go bad where the lights go in.If you are going to stay there awhile I would definitely spend more money on LED lights or similar that have a very long shelf life and pretty much zero maintenance.You want to grow your business and sales and not have to take time away to deal with building space issues down the road.

If they are all over the place o elusive or non-committal I do not spend 10 seconds with them.If you are shadowing a top producer they should be giving you tools and processes they use to generate business and close deals related to your niche.

Ok you complain to me i dont have 100 dollars I say fine then get your digital camera out spend 5 bucks in gas and take 200 pictures of potential deals and build a list of landlords and investors and buyers and rehabbers and explain to them if they close your deal they owe you 50 bucks for the lead and you will bring them 20 pics a week of possibilities based on there buying criteria.
