While other streets were never put in off the main drive.This land is just as raw as it was back in the early 1900's, now over grown with dense forest and undergrowth.So my question here is, would a landowner with enough skills to cut in a driveway be able to do work on the public right of way just enough to get back to the lot or lots that they own?

If a tenant claims they don't have any money, they will have to find it somehow if they want to appeal on their court date.A few years ago, we had a tenant find a social services organization to give her the money and Legal Aid helped her with the paperwork.

I have no experience in this arena, but I have certain skill sets that I've attained in my field from the past 15 years that I know will be helpful.

Of course I know that this is not the easiest thing to do with a full time day job, however I believe I have the skills required to make it work and a partner that I can count on to take care of some of the activities and decisions which must be made during the day.

Besides the 2 East MA REIA meetings you heard about in that other thread, there is the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (2nd location in Worcester) that @Ann Bellamy organizes, there is the Boston AREIA in Medford, @Justin Silverio runs a quarterly unofficial BP meetup in (Woburn though the next meeting is onsite at a just completed project in Reading), the NEREIA in Chelmsford, on the North Shore @Mike Hurney has a couple meetings and there are a few other options as well.

The NYC group has meet ups and @darrensager usually organizes them; you might key work the meeting if you have interest.
