@Jenelle Abrams that makes sense.If you are a health care provider you can maybe take that as an advantage and maybe start a senior home or something.

Cary area is way too costly for me but I am open for Winston, Greensboro, Asheboro, Garner etc but I don't have deep insights there.So far I am relying on Zillow, Redfin only to find properties so also wanted to check what are other reliable local / online MLS sources to look for prospective properties.Lastly, i would love to ask questions, learn and progress with seniors  here.

I'd stay away from the 2 bedroom senior housing.

We are all LUCKY.I do agree wholeheartedly that people don't really understand how to even recognize an opportunity because they don't study things like Economics or even know what's happening to the future of the Asset class.BUT, again, we have a lot of Dumb Luck just being an American (or citizen of a developed Country). 

You might also consider Seniors in the same areas that have owned their homes for at least 20 years and could be ready for downsizing.Let me know if you would like to see a breakout by zip.

I have gained seniority and down work those hours as much anymore but I will still work seven days a week with a couple 12s.
