I did make 3/4 sign a new lease for 12 month terms, but the 4th I did not make them sign yet.USAA said they have to be on AT Least a 6month lease.I said that they were previously on 12 month leases but are now month to month.Can u guys comment?

You sign an agreement at the start and have them put oil delivery in thier name.

get a real estate license.. and then have them sign a buyers brokers contract or the seller would probably be most happy to pay you a fee as a licensed professional.

When you request a copy of the current tax roles from the county the treasurer's office will require you to sign a statement that reads that the records will NOT be used as a mailing list or phone list.

From there, I was even more shocked when 2 of them sent me docu-signs with their agreement and asked me to sign before they even would look at the property, get on a call or meet up in person.

The lease that they signed with the previous owner does not specify a move out time, and they won’t commit to being out any sooner than midnight on the 30th.

I was fortunate, again, to have my father co-sign on most everything, but Bank of America got so granular, I had to explain a $300 deposit in my account for selling a couch on Craigslist along with every SINGLE transaction over about 3 month period.
