I went the house hack route in Ypsi as well, but mine was a full gut job and is a rooming house.

Second, route 79 and route 50 help you move faster into the city than route 51, 88 or even 19.

Another route for me is the Bronx, where home prices seem to have leveled off a bit, but rents are much higher.
