You get what you are willing to pay for and afford, there is no de facto "set price".I'm not saying that agents should never advertise or wouldn't have to if there were fewer (advertising occurs in almost every industry), but that is frequently (including in this thread) cited as a major cost because it's so hard to find clients.Finally, I should say that I'm coming at this as a new agent.

I would however tell them the previous tenant used the oven frequently so it is unlikely the candle was left behind and they need to be careful in storing flammable items.

I belonged way back when BP was just a static page and in the middle it listed I think about 15 REO bank list sources.The site was pretty basic at the time and other investor sites seemed to be further along.I didn't really see a forum so I had more time on an agents forum I frequented at the time.

Welcome to bigger pockets, the largest market place to sell bridges.I hope some BP readers realize that a huge part of frequent posters on this forum are not genuine deal makers, but phonies with no track record only in the business to sell mentorship programs, seminars, books and bad investments to gullible newbies.Do you really think real successful deal makers waste their time posting thousands of times on a forum essentially catering to first time investors?
