Both of these cities seem to have properties that regularly meet the 1% rule.I was wondering if anyone had any insight as to why one city may have an advantage vs the other?

They have regular basement stairs going down, and there is even a dumbwaiter going up from the basement so I assume they were going to put the kitchen in the basement.

All rents are due on the first, and deemed "late" at 5 PM on the fifth calendar day, except if this falls on Sat, Sun, or Holiday, they get until the next regular Business Day, when late charge is applied.

For the 3 triplex I own in San Diego, I only have regular home insurance.

If someone wants $ upfront or rates are equal to or better than regular rates (4-6%) then it’s a scam
