Jonathan M. Tenant only has half the deposit amount

When I bought the property almost a year later, they were still having to finish collecting the deposit, and on top of that they allowed one of the tenants to pay late (like 15 days) regularly and had even verbally agred to allow pets in on unit, in violation of lease (needed to be in writing).

These are such things like (electric and water bill payments, phone bill payments, unreported car payments, insurance payments, various rental payments,and other bills you pay on a regular basis...) if this is true, where will I start with trying to get my monthly bills added to my credit report?

There were many original outlets that had been changed to regular 3 wire outlets, but of course had no ground since there was no wire for it.

It's gone really well over the last several years, and I'm looking to pick up another.My wife and I are trying to use our summer free time to pick up another rental property, or flip one in order to fund an additional rental property.I've got a couple of wholesalers sending me deals on a regular basis, and I've got the contractor needed to do some renovations on an ugly property.
