Hard to read and simply just unprofessional.

The Type II still feels like a gray area, unless I'm reading it incorrectly.

At the jobs I have worked I have had much, if not most of the shift to myself to focus on my real estate, or reading books, or learning, yes there’s some work too but at my current job I have about 8.5 hours of my 10 hour shift to do whatever I want.

I am reading on forums these assets have been devalued 75-90%.

Hello Everyone,Reading through this string of comments, thought I'd jump in. 

Read different approaches and educate yourself, but at the end of the day figure out what you want to do and what is best for you.

Agreed, most of what I read seems like this should be a no brainer..particularly when actively trying to source new deals.
