I've noticed in some cities crime rates vary significantly by pockets/neighborhood, so it's best to do proper research on top of talking other people. 

Hello folks in Lending forum,looking to try and see about potential lending partners who can write large checks (7 figures) and are looking for very high yield (much higher vs private lending rates) and higher than HML rates.only need lending for 4-6months until large line of credit gets granted and we pay off the short term note.ping me if worth a conversation or have ideas...this seems perfect for a family office just wanting to place dry powder for 4-6mos while they are looking for other deal flow but trying see about other options out there as well.thanks in advance.

It's sadly an extremely common tactic to offset flooring costs. 7-year costs, blacklight, no pro-rating, gimme a break.

West Michigan has the highest nightly rental rates on average for the entire state.

A few years ago rates were at an all time low and there were was a lot of market activity.

We continue to have low vacany rates all over the city and rent prices continue to steadily rise year over year.

I want to ensure my taxes are solid, since I would like to be able to qualify for a traditional mortgage next year rather than continuing to work with hard money lenders due to the rather high interest rates I deal with(I still make it work, but of course more profit to be made with a conventional mortgage).Thank you!

Rates are higher right now but the old adage is "Marry the property but date the rate".
