I am not only excited about the cashflow and tax breaks that real estate investing will bring as I progress from deal to deal, but also about the ability to apply creative value added additions to those properties.I discovered BiggerPockets while watching an REI video on YouTube, and I'm glad I did.

You should be encouraged that your contractors are actually showing up, working and making progress. 

Its all still in progress for the most part but we have had gains in the cash flow of over 600/mo already with a lot more to go.

I am looking at developing a Progressive Web App for MLS and other realty websites.

This journey has been an amazing learning experience to date but I currently feel like I've hit a wall with my recent progress, any input is welcome.

Make sure and confirm there experience as best you can.I always invite my investors to the project so they can see progress and there investment is safe or at least as safe as can be.
