A town that's run down could go a couple of ways...if it's losing population and jobs then there will be downward pressure on rents, but if you're providing a well-cared for home in a town where there aren't many well-cared for homes to rent, then you could still be pulling the best renters in town.

When I got into real estate brokerage it seemed like I was making a somewhat permanent decision and it pressurized the situation more than it likely needed to be.In hindsight I'd say:  go with the brokerage that is going to train you excellently and offer mentorship.

We have had tenants in each unit for a year now, tiny token tax bills because the units have not been recorded as completed and sold etc.2) How does a customer turn up the pressure in a way that the title company will take notice and respond to prioritize and fix the issue?
