Just a thought.Depends on if you have cash reserves to cover the pipe replacement now; if not, you could save a certain amount each month to put towards eventual replacement.I guess you just have to decide if you want to pay to have the pipes replaced now, or at an unexpected time in the future.

I have found & recently looked at a property that I feel has potential.

Open to potentially purchasing in all 2-3 locations simultaneously, depending on options.

We’ve seen some properties in our vicinity priced as low as $40,000 and are trying to evaluate their potential as good investments.

Unless you can do some damage with about 30k which is how much you can potentially get based on your estimated value and remaining loan amount.

Partner Driven was interested in the Mumford Rd deal in Greenville, NC, due to its high profit potential and quick turnaround.

Rents have also been increasing.The area also has good potential for appreciation, especially with ongoing developments and improvements in nearby neighborhoods.

My potential partner and I have agreed to split everything 50/50 and I was thinking of holding all holding/cash to close funds in escrow and run it through my LLC, but would be interested to hear how any of you structured it in a way that protected yourself in the event that one partner turns out to be problematic.
