I would say RE investing was always a plan(dream) of mine even as a kid i was on jobs with my dad he was a painter/carpenter and would let me help paint or hammer around because i loved the job site.

Just spoke to [wholesaler] adv has 2 estimates for repairs. 1 for $6k [basic paint, carpet] the other for $15k [paint carpet, landscape, new drywall, etc.]Will make my own assessment on Monday.
