Hello Ian,Im aware this post is now a year old but I was wondering if you ever came to a conclusion as to what the best initial loan for a BRRRR deal is if you're planning to refinance in 6-12 months?

I’m a 32 year old associate real estate broker, and I work for a small broker here in town who is 69, and getting close to retirement.

Evidently there is some old damage where it was treated a long time ago in 1995 (the pictures in white) according to the owner and then an active spot by the garage door interior. 

House is over a hundred years old and never been damaged from a storm. 

I mean the ethics and the morals of this company are out of this world!

To terminate a tenancy at sufferance, the old common law is/was notice of one "period".

Please guide me.My landlord is this old couple so all their dealings are done by their daughter who is a very difficult woman.

It does a really good job heating the place but definitely could get really expensive if a tenant was not concerned with conserving.It is a fairly old home and we have done a lot of repairs and updates on it.
