I understand that this is apples and oranges, but please hear me out and let me know your thoughts:I am thinking about switching back to a landlord policy and adding supplemental Bed and Breakfast General Liability Coverage through BiBerk (Berkshire Hathaway).

I booked a rental at a Northern Michigan lake house recently, and now that I'm an expert, I naturally had much to critique.

From my understanding the biggest thing holding back commercial development is the availability of utilities (especially natural gas).

You'll also likely have trouble finding a realtor to take you looking at properties, but it might be worth becoming one yourself and supplementing your income that way.

I agree that we could be heading in to a recession but recessions are part of a natural economic cycle and normally bring about housing crashes.
