@Brent CoombsI have rentals in Youngstown, Ohio and I have to pay a yearly Retail Registration fee to the city for each property I own and they did inspect the property the first time I registered it (my other property is a land contract and was registered by the sellers). 

I have no affiliation with the big orange retailer and I often DIY things like dishwasher installation but I went to pick up a replacement for a broken unit at one of my rental homes and found a sale going on for the dishwasher (a decent whirlpool) for $348 and the delivery and install is just $49 right now.

Many of them are distress hse and the value are not true priceGenerally are would there be benefit in buying from wholesale and complete repair rather than buying retail?
