The only place I wouldn't support everyone having a firearm is in alcohol serving establishments.

If you can establish a relationship with just one or two of them you will never need to worry about vacancy again. 

I am not aware of any established firms in Tennessee that offer these services.Geography is generally pretty low on the list of criteria when selecting a provider.  

You could not start with one side and then buy into the deal with the other.The equity split established initially must be maintained throughout the life of the transaction and may not be altered.  

Is there any agency relationship (by law) established between the sales force and you or with the customer?

I'm new myself so I don't have any sage advice for you other than there is a lot to read, listen and learn on this site. 

Rather than wait until we get there to establish credit to purchase the home I was looking into what options I would have to finance the property while still living in Australia.

Hello, we just closed on 12/30/15 on a new property and part of the structure was taking over the LLC that was created for the intent of assigning to the end buyer which was my partner and I.We are getting push back from the bank on establishing an account because they see the previous member listed on the IRS document when the TIN # was established online.
