Once they stop paying file to evict and pursue all parties, or cut a deal to let them out of the lease, sounds like they're going anyway, tell husband you'll let him out for a fee as long as he gets ex-wife out.

HELP paid contractor 3k to break my boiler

so we own a 3 story building, it had an old boiler that worked fine, the Tennant had to manually fill the boiler due to no water feeder.Then we had issues with the electrical wiring to the boiler, so I brought in a contractor and I paid him 800 for 2 new electrical boxes in the basement, 575 to fix the boiler and a new pipe that had cracked. 900 for an automatic water feeder, transformer and Lowe water cut off.

Those that do not understand the burden bad debt places on a indivulaes life do not understand money and are always going to look for the short cuts in life to success.As for your investing plans I would say you need to put those on hold for a few years as it is likely you and your wife will have more than enough on your plate.

And be careful not to try to short cut around these important steps no matter how impatient you might be feeling ... that usually does not end well ... make sure you pour a solid foundation and allow it to cure before you try to build up a few stories high.One other thing, you should check out Mr.
