I know this is more of an investing forum, but I figured I'd reach out and see if members with an investing background would provide advice.We're preparing to purchase a vacation property in North Myrtle Beach.

Does anyone have suggestions on lease agreement paperwork and how I can obtain one.

Both PropStream and DealMachine are good if know how to use them.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Investors ask how do I scale....well that's how you scale.

My experience with the house has been fine.The things that I know you should keep on your radar, when you are looking at properties:1. 

@David Georgeson understand that you are frustrated, upset and basically looking for a scapegoat.Unfortunately, no PMC that knows what they are doing would be responsible for this.How do you realistically expect a PMC to keep someone from breaking into your property and illegally occupying it?

I would like to know if there is a way I can terminate the lease based on the unclear termination date or no termination restrictions indicated?

Do you know if it is possible to have a tax deduction for interest/profits earned on promissory notes/PML?
