Hello everyonei am new to real estate and on his forum, i am from Africa Malawi and i want to be a real estate investor how best can i utilise his platform for my country and make it work for me?

So if a note investor bought this for $40k, spent $10k to foreclose and be in it for $50k and end up with a $25k property - they will not be in business long. 

However, I'm curious about the needs of experienced investors that a newbie could provide for.For you experienced real estate investors, where is it that someone like myself could add value to your investments?

I would agree he should be communicating with investors.
