I do that about half the time but one LLC has a name that just amused me, another is named after an internet protocol. 

Ok, I also posted this on a mom's website, and some replies were saying to hire a mommy's helper / babysitter / nanny to assist me with the baby during my real estate "business hours".

Don't dismiss any deception and question all body language no matter what their title or position is.Don't trust all recommendations that you see on the internet.

I'm still learning myself, and fortunately we have a tool like BP to assist in those questions.

@GregsRe: Internet access Wifi "child porn" actually happened  my sister-in-law she owned and lived in her 4 plex she offered free internet Wifi to her tenants, they had the sign on code,, they passed it on... to somebody...that guy didn't live there but used their wifi account and was a pervert.So mean while,, everybody in the 4 plex had the cops in each unit, they took all hard drives, laptops, even digital cameras as part of investigation. and it was a huge mess.

To be honest, I was a bit dismayed by the replies so I just drove the twelve hours to show up in person...Unfortunately there are certain generations of people whom I believe see the internet as a marketing tool "to get there name out there" and not a business tool.

Do you guys have any recommendations for a full service property manager that not only manages property but also assists in locating potential vacation rentals in that area?
