I felt like starting with an excel workbook with separate worksheets for "Contractors", "Wholesalers", "Agents", "BP Folks", etc. would work but then I don't know how to best organize the info so each sheet doesn't just become insane with so much information that I have a hard time finding what I am looking for each time I refer to the workbook... hopefully that is a little more clear?

They will provide much of the same info as the first type.DISCLAIMER: I have not used a mentor and much of this information is gathered from investors I have networked with or stories that have been posted on BP forums.I recommend going with the second one if you really need a mentor.

You’ll need to sign and have the tenant sign an EPA form that states you don’t know if there is lead (unless you test, you don’t know, even if you’re pretty sure based on the age) and provide a pamphlet about lead in your home.
