I am surprised by your comment on Bridge @Nathan Brooks is one of the most respected individuals in the industry.. maybe something fell through the cracks and he will want to know about it.

@Anthony Carrasquillo Hard money lenders, like any other industry have the goods and the bads.

The industry has an 87% failure rate, which is right in line with the 90% failure rate for small businesses.Becoming a real estate agent should be looked at as no different than starting any other business.
