I have had good results but I should point out I don't have apartment style condos, I have one townhouse and one townhouse style condo (both are in 4plex style individual buildings), which may not be quite as restrictive as attached condos.

@Ryan Wilkerson put the money in the bank and keep it for operation costs..get our site up to date...host a networking event at your current flip...do not spend on mailers...let the wholesalers do that and you go find your own deals by networking with agents and searching online yourself.

Hi Account Closed, when you say you are searching for properties for sale by owner, does that mean you are finding them through direct mail, door knocking, etc.. or are these listed online as "for sale by owner"?
