As an appraiser, I will take all the info on the house and use it to estimate the quality and condition, in order to compare it to comparables (recent sales) with relatively similar quality and condition.

I am handy and I could handle the finances, website, screening etc. but I would need to hire contractors for some things of course.

Poor renovation quality but mainly the company is just shady.
