I believe part of the restrictions might also be dependent on if you are doing a rate / term refinance, or if it's a cash out refinance.

The property and area sells itself but I would also offer no breed restrictions just as long as your pets get along with our dog and you don’t ruin our property.

The last version I saw was going to keep it deed restricted as affordable at the 110% ami level.

In my option, if you start with something more economical and less restrictive to build, such as Tiny Houses and Air Stream campers, I think you can be on to something good.
