Ive been doing my dueldillengence and trying to studying up on market trends, but everyone is saying different things and it hard to block out the noise.

I don't know, I look at these places and don't get me wrong they're nice, but 300K seems just too much for the square footage, hence I can hear the bubbling noise ;)

Last night I was going over my finances, and have been so busy on the grind that I hadn’t even thought about the ”goal” of financial freedom and then all of the sudden it hit me.

Stop traveling and grind at the same employer for the next 30 years, saving and shelling all of MY money into a retirement account with the pathetic employer match.

I am much more interested in putting my nose in the grind and making more money than complain about things.

I also charge a $300 fee up front for each cat or for any dog that has been owned for less than a year (puppy or rescue).Finally, I have an animal addendum that stipulates the rules about being leashed, cleaning up after, noise, damages, and more.There's more to it but it's definitely worth investigating and figuring out how to reduce risk while increasing profit.

Everyone in investing in Worcester now so I don't want to go with crowd is heading instead of locations where there is less "noise", but investing wisely as I've done so far.Any advice?

Sometimes just finding the site and beginning to change your mindset are the hardest gears to grind.

Point is, I am not poo-poo'ing the Handy-man's, the young-bucks on the come-up, I did that grind myself.     

Real estate agents like the fitness trainers can achieve great success, but they have to grind and persevere.
